Job Overview: TriLab Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This remote position based in Wisconsin involves driving sales growth by developing new accounts, enhancing existing client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory/diagnostics sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed territory sales objectives by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
  • Implement effective sales strategies through pre-call planning, post-call analysis, and consistent follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as a strategic partner focused on growth and long-term client retention.
  • Manage and expand your book of business with regular face-to-face travel within your region.
  • Onboard and train new customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and bids.
  • Utilize various tools and resources, including CRM software (preferably Salesforce), to optimize sales processes.
  • Provide immediate support for clients and targets, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Assist the billing team by collecting updated patient insurance information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in laboratory/diagnostics sales highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in cold calling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience with pain management, behavioral health, or urgent care sales is a plus.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) and comfortable with technology.
  • Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
  • Willingness to travel overnight within the territory and attend relevant conferences and meetings.
  • BA or BS degree from an accredited university.

Role Criteria:

  • Retain $24,200 monthly revenue in the territory.
  • Achieve 98% client ID retention month over month.
  • Meet or exceed set annual quotas, averaged out monthly.
